2. Service Description
GS Technical Services provides professional device repair services including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. We offer diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
3. Service Terms
- Diagnostic Fee: A diagnostic fee may apply for evaluation of your device, which will be credited toward repair costs if you proceed with the service.
- Repair Estimates: All repair estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided.
- Parts and Labor: We use high-quality replacement parts and provide skilled labor for all repairs.
- Turnaround Time: Standard repairs typically take 1-3 business days, depending on parts availability and repair complexity.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about device issues and history
- Back up important data before service (GS Technical Services is not responsible for data loss)
- Remove passwords, locks, and personal information from devices
- Pick up repaired devices within 30 days of completion notification
5. Warranty
GS Technical Services provides a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for completed repairs. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
6. Limitation of Liability
GS Technical Services liability shall not exceed the cost of the repair service. We are not liable for data loss, software issues, or consequential damages resulting from device repair.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your device data and personal information are kept confidential and secure.
8. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
- Unclaimed devices after 30 days may be disposed of, and storage fees may apply
